COLLIN DVORAK
FOUNDER & PARTNER
Collin started his agribusiness career over a decade ago in the Santa Barbara County agricultural community, and since then has cultivated and consulted on numerous farms up and down the California coast. In 2011 he moved to Shanghai to pursue his MBA and developed a consulting career in variability reduction for scaled manufacturing systems. Collin was later hired as a turnaround consultant and was subsequently appointed as the Director of Operations for a retail chain of 3,000+ counters in China and France.
Having maintained his roots in California, Collin returned home in late 2016 to pursue agribusiness full time and is passionate about bringing the discipline of scaled operations to Santa Barbara, Collin specialized in standardizing operating procedures for the farms that he operates and consults for. Last year, he attended the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, representing US interests. He speaks four languages.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Having completed her BA in Marketing and Communications and her Masters in Chinese Business Law, India worked in import and brand regulatory compliance for Australian Agribusiness' in Shanghai for 3 years before moving to California to work in compliance for agribusinesses. India has helped with the foreign establishment of numerous health food, pet food and restaurant companies in Shanghai and has curated the strategic formation of startup agricultural companies, and manufacturing companies while coordinating with local and state agencies to manage regulatory development and transitions. India now works with agencies across the United States to coordinate moving regulatory frameworks and help stabilize multi-state operators and advise on compliance systems.
